Having had regular periods my whole life, I am now 3 or 4 days late, although I doubt I could be pregnant. Guest guest Posted February 8, 2010 Report Share Posted February 8, 2010 Yes- it makes my periods heavier and more cramps. I just went back on LDN and my period was early. I was on LDN year before last (long story) and had the same effect on cramping/heavy perods but periods were fairly regular and also uterine polyp diagnosed at end of 1st year on LDN.
