Newbie here - am I a candidate for LDN?

Hi there,

I'm new to this group. I've heard about LDN and know a bit about it - and am

interested in perhaps trying it out. But first, I'd like to ask this group if I

even seem a good candidate for it.

I'm 36 (almost 37), and have several different health problems - mostly due to

mercury toxicity (from 27 years of mercury amalgams, and a few other sources).

There are a few other causes/variables for my health issues too - but that's a

main one (I was born healthy, btw - nothing is " genetic " ). My health problems

are still fairly severe - I still can't work, and do many other things.

My symptoms include adrenal insufficiency/adrenal suppression and low cortisol =

chronic fatigue issues (fatigue, weakness, issues with low motivation, apathy,

unclear thinking, low mood, etc). Also - anxiety, depression/mood issues,

chronic jitteriness, chronic burning in stomach and upper chest (perhaps

neuropathy/nerve damage?), low libido due to low testosterone, long-time chronic

sore throat and mild temperature/fever (maybe due to a low-functioning immune

system and some sort of chronic viral infection on top of that), and intestinal

dysbiosis/Candida/loose stools. Those are the main things.

Do I seem like a candidate to try LDN?

How might it help me - which symptoms might it help?

Are there any risks or downsides to using it?

Sorry if any of these are rudimentary questions, but again, I'm new to this.

Thanks so much for any replies!

Suzanne
