Guest guest
Yuck! Who said sprinkle it on food? That is a very inaccurate method indeed! For the sake of accuracy and your taste buds mix the contents of a whole capsule in a known quantity eg. 300ml of water or juice, mix thoroughly and drink 1/3 eg. 100ml each night. I have been taking about 1/3 to bring dose to 1.5 mg. I am new to this and have since developed a terrible taste in my mouth. Could it be this or something else that I am taking? The terrible taste does not go away no matter what I eat. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? > Thanks, > Kim > >
Guest guest
Hi, If it is a thick feeling in your mouth it could be candida, a fungus.if so a tsp of baking soda in 8oz of water three times a day should take care of it.Bobby
