Hi , Thank you. Yes, I didn't take any iodine today at all, or any

supplements-- I had to run out of the house before I was ready because we

were late for the theater group call time for the parade. The really good

news is that I did the whole parade route, which was at least 4.5 miles of

periodic dancing, frequent singing, and bursts of high intensity street

theater. We were all Mother Goose characters, mad at the Mother Goose

government and the Mother Goose Corporation and asking for water rights,

health care, organic agriculture, no more terror of terror, hugs for

elders, and cannabis legalization. Our song was a rousing rendition of

" Can You Hear the People Sing? " from Les Miserables, plus a riffing chant

that was very popular.

okay got carried away there. Point is, I did the whole route and really had

a great day, despite how I'd been feeling. My legs hurt now but it's well

earned.

Thanks for the advice to go easy, , I appreciate it. I have a

tendency to go for the full gusto, even prematurely. I didn't take any

iodine today and felt less bad than I had been. It makes sense to me that

bromine detoxing might express itself in fibro symptoms in me. It could

even be that bromine toxicity is the source of the fibro.

Also I started salt loading once I realized it might be related to iodine,

and there was a change in the symptoms, so I did realize it was bromine,

but not to the degree you are suggesting.

Thanks so much to all of you for your help and support.
