Hi Roseann,

The free ebook resource 'Those Who Suffer Much, Know Much' 2009 edition may be

of interest. It contains 47 LDN health success case studies, 29 of those are MS,

plus interviews with health professionals.

You can obtain a free copy or read online here:

http://www.ldnresearchtrustfiles.co.uk/docs/2009.pdf

I hope you're keeping a diary of your LDN experience... often, once someone's

feeling better, they can forget how their symptoms impacted upon their day to

day quality of life, especially when improvement is subtle and takes time as can

occur with LDN.

Many are amazed when they look back through their diaries, having forgotten just

how their symptoms impacted their life.

All my best for your success,

Cris

PS I hope everyone is keeping a diary, daily at first, then weekly, monthly,

etc.

Hello everyoe,

?? I'd lke to hear from anyone who is already on LDN for MS. What improvements

have

there been and how long is it before you see these improvements. I start taking

LDN next

week.
