Yes, that's what I've done. I might ask the chemist if there's a very fine sieve of some kind just to keep any dregs going into the liquid.Good luck with your LDN, .MargaretFrom: <claudia_homer@...>low dose naltrexone Sent: Fri, January 15, 2010 7:43:35 PMSubject:

[low dose naltrexone] Shaking LDN mixture ~

Hi all,

I got my LDN from India yesterday and I'm so excited! Did my first dose of 2ml last night.

This morning the iron oxide & filler had settled to the bottom of the bottle. So I slowly, gently poured the water, LDN mixture into another container leaving the crud behind on the bottom. Then rinsed the crud out, then poured the LDN mixture back into the brown bottle. That way the junk wouldn't get sucked up by mistake. I feel like a chemist, lol.

That method sacrifices a few drops of the good stuff, but oh well. I have iron overload (hemochromatosis) along with several auto immune things, so have to avoid iron. Hope this is helpful. ~

Thanks Margaret,

Maybe a coffee filter. That would be cheap. Any better ideas out there? ~
