Guest guest
Hi Carla I don’t know if you’ve been following the thread on the iron issues associated with shaking the bottle, but it may be relevant to you if you dissolve your own tablets. Certainly Ive been struggling all year with as ESR way over a hundred and have seen it only very slowly reduce but have been plagued with much worse inflammation in recent months so expect it to have gone back up – until recent weeks that is when I have altered things including not shaking the bottle. Good luck. Check out how hig an Omega 3 EPA you take too. I've been on LDN since nov. 16 and this is the worst set of tests results I've had since getting out of the hospital 2 years ago. my sed rate is 87!!!!! it's horrible! I've been sugar free and taking oil of oregano for about a month (to kill off yeast) and taking vit D (liquid) for about a month, take my LDN every night at 12:38AM (I set my alarm on my watch) and am gluten free and dairy free (i have a little cheese maybe once a week at most, when eating out, on a salad). my diet is pretty strict. i also don't eat or drink nutrasweet. If my sed rate gets any higher I'm going to have to go back on prednisone, and the whole point of me going on LDN was to avoid the prednisone/ weight gain/ mood swings/ hair loss/ bone thinning, etc. that i've already been through 3 times. I'm extremely discouraged and worried. how long should i go on with this high sed rate before giving up on LDN? inflammation is very dangerous and I have gone up in sed rate by 23 points since starting LDN.
