Guest guest
Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think LDN is necessarily used for pain relief. May want to try some D-Phenylalanine for that. Do a Google.com search first to read the warnings associated with its use. Have you ever tried taking your LDN between the hours of 9pm-3am? This is what Dr. Bihari and others recommend. Dr McCandless, seldom is LDN stand-alone treatment http://ldn.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=links & action=display & thread=1483 Art -- > > Morning, > > After 9 days of suffering and depression because of disrupted sleep and waking with severe neck pain, I am at a loss at what to do. The reason I started on LDN was for neck pain abatement. The first day was a miracle, starting 4.5, but have been suffering ever since. This morning I was exhausted and in so much pain, I took a 2.0 dose at around 10:00 AM....pain seems to have lifted a tad. There is just so much conflicting info out there. Some studies say it can be taken in the morning for the endorphin surge around 1:00PM. Have been fooling around with lowed dosages, taking western and hoilstic sleep meds along with the ldn. I know it works...I'd give anything to have half the relief I had on the first day. Anyway....just wonder what the latest studies say about morning dosing....the reactions to this drug seem to be so different in each individual case. > > Lois >
