Guest guest
I read one of the doctors, perhaps Dr Z not sure, saying that taking it with food would have the effect of slowing down absorption and therefore having the effect of being slow-release, and that we want fast-release, which makes sense to me. I asked before but didn't really get a response, whether this is true and how people handle it, or do people just take it when they can? -- zahavi wrote: >ldn can be taken with food ~~~ There is no way to peace; peace is the way ~~~~ --A.J. Guest guest
I have taken LDN with and without food and there are no problems as far as I can tell. Guest guest
Every drug that I have taken with food (legal as well as not) enters my system more slowly. When I want quicker response from my "medicine" I take it on an empty stomach.
