Guest guest
Layna, I also think knowledge is a great thing, once you know what's going on and why, you tend to be a bit more relaxed with it all, and in turn does help your pain and well being, we all know what stress can do to a " normal " person, not in pain or having had surgery, so be kind to yourself, I have also been to a psychologist for the very first time, and she told me that I need to do 3 things every day just for me, it could be something small like feeling the sun on your back, or looking at the changing blue sky I found her so far fabulous, as having had 4 failed surgeries in 11 months really played havoc with my mental state.... xx mary.waspe@... -- Thanks to everyone! Hello I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who replied to me, both on and off the list. I got some great advice and am so much more positive about how this is going to progress. It is such a relief to know that not everyone is all singing and dancing after a few days - maybe I'm not a wimp after all! I'll defintely be hanging around as I know I'll be having more joint replacements in the future. Best wishes to all, Layna ------------------------------------
Guest guest
I just joined this group and asked two questions about LDN in cream form and Dr.'s on Long Is,NY. The responses back were not only very quick, but ample Dr.'s and Pharmacies to contact. I want to thank everyone who responded, your help is greatly appreciated! God bless you all, Cain
