Do You Have Crohn's Disease

Description:

Researchers at Penn State University Park and Penn State Milton S. Hershey

Medical Center need volunteers for a research study on vitamin D supplementation

in Crohn’s disease. Participation includes six visits to Penn State or the

Medical Center during a six-month period, small blood samples, a questionnaire,

and a bone scan.

Eligibility:

You may be eligible to participate if you:

Are between 18 and 70 years old;

Have been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease;

Are not taking any steroid medications;

Do not have an ostomy.

Compensation is provided for time and travel related to the study.
