Hi,

I too am on disability. I didn't know this, but your attorney can negotiate that two years. Because I waited 4 years for my measly amount of money, he asked the judge to grant the application 2 years earlier. The judge did that! Otherwise, I would just be using the Medically Indigent Adult Program with the County.

There is lots to do to help our health care system and I hope they do something soon. I don't like some of the current things in the bill, but hopefully, there will start somewhere.
