I'm looking for some advice if you can cast your minds back to how you felt when

first taking LDN.

I started 23rd Dec, taking the dose at night and instantly felt different. I

ached less, I felt more awake on waking in the morning, and through the day the

fog seemed to have lifted, and I didn't need my afternoon nap between 2-4pm, I

didn't feel hungry and almost had a euphoric feeling like I had been on the

redbull! However I started to suffer with not sleeping so I changed to taking

first half the 3mg dose which made no difference, and then to taking it in the

day - which seemed to put me back into the place I was before taking LDN.

The above lack of effect coincided with a change in the weather to the bitter

cold (snow in the U.K and minus temperatures) and I never seemed to be able to

get warm. Since then, basically up into the new year, I don't appear to have had

an awful lot happen. My sleep is much better now and I get off to sleep ok, and

sleep straight through, although I wake up tired. I have acupuncture and my

acupuncturist advised I shouldn't take sleeping tablets and just let my body

adjust to the LDN which I seem to have done. I don't ache quite as much, but I

am waking up tired again and I feel the need to sleep in the afternoon.

I am not sure if I have another viral thing going on as I caught a cold in

October that hasn't seemed to shift and have been breathless, continually snotty

with a sore throat etc, but I have also noticed in the last week or so that my

skin is erupting into spots on my chin.

So - I am wondering if I am having a detoxification effect, or If for some

reason, the LDN just decided to stop working?

Thanks

Ali
