Guest guest
I take Melatonin nightly, .25mg and a couple nights I found myself taking a little bit more to help with the sleep issues. I'm having issues and I'm taking LDN under 3 months and just went off it for a couple days. Back on maybe thursday. And may go back to 1mg and take it every couple days instead of every day. Seems I start to feel worse after on it straight daily. I felt great too after the first couple days and never got that feeling back. Hang in, I am and it's a real challenge getting the right dose for the body. I deal with OA and FM issues. I will continue with Melatonin and as you can see I take a very low dose and have been for a couple years. That along with 500mg Inositol (calming supp from Vit B family). joyce [low dose naltrexone] time needed for full response I just started LDN Jan 2 for psoriatic arthritis. Within a couple of days I was feeling somewhat better, about the same as if I took 200mg celebrex per day (or maybe not quite as good as that). But now things aren't getting progressively better. The first few days I had sleep problems, but I am taking melatonin, and this is OK now. Should I stop the melatonin? How long for full effects for most people. I don't see visible reduction in swelling, just pain control.Kinga No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG - www.avg.com Version: 9.0.725 / Virus Database: 270.14.136/2616 - Release Date: 01/11/10 23:35:

Guest guest
not fermented soy is one of the most dangerous foods there is.it causes problems with thyroid and many more. the diet od dr mccandless for the autists children is also soy free. http://ezinearticles.com/?Soy-Safe---Soy-Dangerous & id=3388534
Guest guest
As an alternative there is always rice milk and almond milk. They seem to be the same price as soy milk. Lately I've been getting 1/2 gallon coconut milk by So Delicious. It's pretty good. I didn't like those little cans of coconut milk. ~ > > > Just notice the 'soy free'. Guest guest
Where do you get coconut milk in a half gallon? Thanks, Kim
Guest guest
Most people find they fairly quickly progress to sleeping much better on LDN than without it. I'd start cutting back on the melatonin and see what happens, with the aim soon eliminating it. kbarwig wrote: > I just started LDN Jan 2 for psoriatic arthritis. Guest guest
Hi Kim, I get it at Vitamin Cottage, a health food store here in Denver. It's in the cold case with the milk. ~ > > Where do you get coconut milk in a half gallon? > > > > Thanks, > > Kim >
