I had very bad candida, was self treating with three lac for a year.......no change....it never got worse, and sometimes it would be a little better, but not a lot.......then I started seeing a nutritionist and she said it was not good for me......so I stopped the three lac, went on to use Candex with a good probiotic--Ness--and my candida finally got under control......After my experience with three lac, I've heard a few say they liked it, and LOTS say they didn't like it, most saying they thought it might have worked in beginning, but kept taking it and realized it wasn't working for candida........My feeling is it's a MLM scheme.....

(Of course I still had to cut out sugar, etc...........)
