Guest guest
Stiff person syndrome is what some people with PLS (primary lateral sclerosis) as I have, are initially misdiagnosed with. Most people with PLS find LDN to be very beneficial, so it will most likely help SPS too. The Specialist at Universtiy of Michigan Hospital would not approve of an off label prescription. Does anyone know of someone who tried this for Stiff Person Syndrome and had results? Guest guest
Hi Judy, The main reason for using LDN is to hopefully slow or stop disease progression, so you may not find any improvement in symptoms. If you do you it's a bonus. Cheers, Judy wrote: > I have asked this before because I want to know if anyone else has any experience with LDN and Stiff Person Syndrome (an autoimmune disease). If you have had experience with a simular autoimmune disease and know how long it takes to expect a change if there will be one. It has been over a month since I started 3mg of LDN. > >
