measuring LDN with dosing syrine and running into difficulties, pse help!

I have been using a dosing syringe for my LDN from when I started on 1 mg back

in November.

I increased to the full dose of 4.5 mg just over a week ago and have been

feeling pretty rough ever since with bad dreams, sleep disruption, fatigue and

this horrible anxiety that I wake up with in the pit of my stomach and that

stays with me all day.

This morning I needed to make up a new batch so rather than do what I usually do

ie measure 50 ml of boiled purified water into a measuring container to the 50

ml mark, I thought I would fill up my new, larger dosing syringe (had been using

a 1 ml one, now a 5 ml one)and measure 10 lots of 5 instead to put in my bottle

with the 50 mg tab.

EXCEPT when I did this there was more than 50 ml in my measuring container,

there was 50.2 ml.

Not sure why this is....... anyone else have this experience and does it matter

ie I would be taking a tad more each night of LDN over and above the 4.5 I want

to be taking.
