, I'm taking LDN for FM and OA. I thought LDN boosts our endorphins. Overall I feel less rheumatic aches from FM issues and more energy thru the day. I'm hanging in at 1mg every 2-3 days. When I got to higher doses continual, I started to feel worse and experienced major constipation. I have worked all my life with constipation issues anyway, and LDN is constipating. I take tons more stuff to keep me as regular as can be. I'm on LDN 3 months. Got to 1.5mg at one point and was at that for 3 days and that night didn't sleep a wink. LDN affects so many of us so differently.

[low dose naltrexone] LDN for Fibromyalgia/ Any New Studies?

Does anyone know if there are any more studies on low dose naltrexone for fibro. pain and fatigue? Only one small study was done in 2008?If you are taking this drug for fibro. please let me know what your results are and what you have to do to get the low dose. I have seen some posts stating that they have to make/compound the lower dose themselves?I'm wondering what the long term effects of temporarily shutting down your endorphins are which is what I think this med. does?
