I'd been on a variety of antioxidants, including grapeseed extract for

over 5 years before starting LDN.  The antioxidants had already had the

effect of stopping my previously rapid (for PLS - primary lateral

sclerosis) progression, yet after only weeks of starting on 3.0mg LDN I

was able to jump to 4.5mg without a problem.  From my reading of more

recent posts I suspect the issue is more related to your FM.

Just thinking about this one.  I've been

working on my immune system for 14 yrs by taking either Pycnogenol

or Grapeseed Extract, so in my mind, my immune system is

pretty strong before starting on LDN.  I've been taking these powerful

antioxidants and supplements for 20some yrs total.

I'm thinking about the dosing of 3mg or

4.5mg fits all.  So far after 3 months, my body can't handle more than

1mg and every 2-3 days.

I'm quite healthy overall except for the FM

and OA issues for which I'm trying the LDN.  My body seems to be very

sensitive to higher doses.   Could my "healthy" immune system have an

affect on taking LDN?  Just thinking about

this one.   I plan to post my 3rd month progress report very soon.

thanks anyone?
