Hey everyone,

Been on here a couple weeks. Just started 1.5 mgs of LDN from Skip's Pharm at

the beginning of this week. Battling Sjogren's, CFS, Fibro pain and a thyroid

condition. Also have high levels of mercury and lead that I am using Dr.

Cutler's chelation method for.

My LDN has been prescribed " at bedtime " but I was just wondering when I should

take it because I usually stay up until anywhere between 1am-3am. I have seen

some posts lately about taking it at 10pm and I have read the info about the

endorphin activity being at its peak between 2am-4am. So do I just take my pill

before I lay down or should I take it at 10pm? If I do start taking it at 10pm,

can I expect to feel badly or " down " in the hours before I go to bed? Please

don't say to go to bed earlier as I work at night and cannot get around this. If

anyone is interested, I am having no side effects on the 1.5mgs except that it

has increased my dreams and has caused a few sex dreams here and there. I

consider this a " positive. " LOL. Did this happen to anyone else? Thanks!

*I take 4.5 mg LDN in the morning between 9:30 and 11:00am. I can't take

it at night (after trying to do so for 6 months) because it disturbed my

sleep too much. Good sleep is vital for your health. It's been 18 months

now on LDN **and it works for me. I take it prophylactically for asthma

and haven't coughed or been sick since starting it.
