Guest guest
I am a 63 year old healthy male with throat cancer diagnosed a year ago, recently metastasized to my lymph system. One Doc said I had eleven months another Oncologist said no, more like 6 months. I have refused radiation and chemo and the only prescription drug I take is LDN 4.5 mg. I noticed that I needed more sleep at first, but that normalized within three days. I also found the dreams to be very vivid and very real. Not at all unpleasant. I sleep well and wake up well. I changed my diet a year ago, went vegetarian. Started regular exercise and quit the wine. Recently quit all dairy, gluten and almost all sugar. I still enjoy one organic apple, orange or banana per day. At 6'1 " 175 pounds I am down to my freshman wrestling weight and feel as good as I have in 20 years. I still practice law and go to the office/courthouse every day, still trying cases, mostly because I love it, I still take photos at least once a week, and sculpt at least once a week. I had to quit flying because the FAA does not want cancer folks piloting around. (I understand) Heading for the Peruvian Amazon on Jan 2 for a ten day photo assignment/adventure. Doing stills for a film team doing a documentary. I have no " bucket list " I have done all of my " must dos " years ago. I am not afraid to die but I have some things that I would like to do. I feel like this LDN is the ticket. I have a ton of confidence that LDN can give me more productive years. Yup years. Happy New Year or better yet Happy New Years, plural, to everyone in this great group. Sincerely, Bo
