LDN should be taken between the hours of 9pm and 3am. You do not have to be in

bed to take it. There are members here who work the night shift and take LDN

between those hours. I take mine at 10pm every night and usually go to bed at

midnight, no adverse side effects.

condition. Also have high levels of mercury and lead that I am using Dr.

Cutler's chelation method for.

take it because I usually stay up until anywhere between 1am-3am. I have seen

some posts lately about taking it at 10pm and I have read the info about the

endorphin activity being at its peak between 2am-4am. So do I just take my pill

before I lay down or should I take it at 10pm? If I do start taking it at 10pm,

can I expect to feel badly or " down " in the hours before I go to bed? Please

don't say to go to bed earlier as I work at night and cannot get around this. If

anyone is interested, I am having no side effects on the 1.5mgs except that it

has increased my dreams and has caused a few sex dreams here and there. I

consider this a " positive. " LOL. Did this happen to anyone else? Thanks!

Thanks Art, I usually take mine at 10pm also and don’t actually

go to bed till around 1am – this protocol works fine for me.

I take mine between 12-1am nearly every day, I used to work 12-8am and would be taking it when I was just waking up.

Lately I don't go to sleep until 4-5am. The only time I take it earlier than midnight is if I'm going to bed around 10pm, I never take it before 10pm

I usually go to bed somewhere between 4am and 6am and take my LDN

anywhere between 9pm and sometimes even as late as 5am, whenever I

happen to be near the fridge and think of it. I've never noticed any

difference in when I take it.
