At 5 mg per day my " edginess " reappeared. I took it to mean that my irritable depression was returning at that low a dosage. Guest guest Posted November 20, 2009 Report Share Posted November 20, 2009 you put it in distilled water,lets say 5 ml.you keep it in a glass in the fridge.you shake it good before use.you draw 50% or third of the content and put it in a glass of water and drink it.you can use aneedle without syringe to draw it.
