Guest guest
Hi. I finally got my prescription filled 3mg LDN. Of course it says take at bedtime, however I am sure there are night owls like me who's bedtime may be 12PM or even 1 or 2 am. I read its best taken between 9pm and 12pm. I assume if I stay up late till 2am that would be too late to take it, if I wake up at 7 or 8 am..I do not have a regular schedule, but am hoping maybe this medicine may help with that. Also another problem I have is I may eat late at night. Does food interfere with the LDN. I apologize if this is picky however I know some things make a difference. p.s. (a little personal disclosure if it helps) --57 yrs old male, chronic pain (osteoarthritis) Hepatitis C, chronic fatigue, likely osteomylitis(old bone infection), 3 root canals (most likely ongoing dental infections from root canals), 15 years c & s, Doctor prescribed it for pain, however I suspect he knows more, but he did not want to go out on a limb with promises.I have alot of experience with many treatments, but thought LDN may be worth a try, to ward off liver cancer, further joint damage from the enemy in the blood stream, pain etc. Physical status -C, Spiritual status +B. Faith! If I woulda known I was going to live this long I woulda taken better cacare of my body...............he he thanks in advance for any experience Bob
