going off LDN for surgery. When can I take painkillers?

i have an upcoming surgery and my doc wants me off of LDN for a week beforehand.

I will take my last LDN (4.5mg) this friday night--tomorrow night. how many

days should i wait to start using vicodin again, if i need to?

when i went off of vicodin, i waited 2-3 days to start LDN and was fine.

any ideas?
