Guest guest
> just found another interesting bit when checking the Lynn Margulis wiki: she copublished an article last year about Lyme, AIDS, spirochetes and symbiosis. It also talks about GENETIC integration between spirochetes and humans. This is a 'position paper', not peer-reviewed, so you will not find it in the PubMed database (which is kind-of US Government censored anyway ...). You can read it here: http://www1.biogema.de/WEK/312-Margulis-final.pdf I think this is a very interesting paper, but some biology background is necessary to understand it. I'm sure the LD hardliners will reject it right away, but it warrants further attention. The suggestion that AIDS is related to spirochetal infection is a minority view and highly controversial (especially politically, less so scientifically IMHO), it has to be said that some of the proponents are very famous scientists. Another supporter is Nobel Laureate Kary Mullis, who invented PCR technology (also highly controversial person ...).
