Guest guest Posted May 26, 2008 Report Share Posted May 26, 2008 Buhner suggests Eleuthero by Herb Pharm as his first choice for Ginseng but the cheapest price ranges from $25 - $30 for a 4 oz. bottle. At 3 tsp. a day for 1 - 2 months, that really adds up. His second recommendation is Natures Way but on Planet Thrive there is a quote saying that he only put that in the book for people who do not want to use tincture and would not generally recommend the encapsulated herb.
