Guest guest
How much do you take? I bought 500 mg capsules from Nutra Medix but haven't been taking them regularly. It has a strong warning not to take if on blood thinners or any other medications without physician's approval. I think I'll ask my LLMD if it's ok--he's fine with supplements & herbs as long as you tell him which ones you intend to take. Kim [ ] biofilm Date: Wednesday, January 27, 2010, 10:19 AM I have been reading some of the posts here and there about biofilms, including this link to the article below. http://coolinginfla mmation.blogspot .com/2009/ 09/cure-for- inflammatory- diseases. html Last Friday I added teasel and Cat's Claw to my killing protocol of CS, rife, and GSE. Since Sunday, I have been suffering from diarrhea. I don't know if this is a good thing. Does it mean intestinal biofilms may be sloughing off? Maybe this is my body's way of getting rid of toxins? I have also been exercising and taking 15 min steams (since I don't have access to a sauna). Maybe I am too toxic and this is my body's way of dealing with it? (My lyme symptoms definitely have affected my GI system, and I have become gluten intolerant as a result.) Does anyone have any experience specifically treating biofilms (a number of supplements claim to do this as well as the article's mention of apple pectin, apple cider vinegar, fermented foods, etc.) and would diarrhea be a symptom of success? deb

I bought 500 mg capsules from Nutra Medix but haven't been taking them regularly. for the record, I'm using 400 IE VitaminE and 300 mg nattokinase; used it daily for about a month and have not noticed any effect. I'm no longer taking them regularly, probably will try again at a later time.
Guest guest
Why did you take the nattokinase? You said you did not notice any effect---- were you aiming at an effect? As for me, if i'm not getting enough nattokinase (which i take at least 4 or 5 times a day), i get a spot pain or a discomfort in a lower leg, which i take as a warning that i must take more nattokinase, which i do immediately, since i have a gene favoring blood clots. It's one supplement i would never be without. It's about my most important pill. As for serrapeptase, i wouldn't buy it from Nutramedix, as they are usually expensive, though i don't know the price of this one. I get my serrapeptase from Doctor's Best; it's cheaper. OK, maybe Nutramedix guarantees some some very high quality, i don't know; maybe it is superior. I have no knowledge that Doctor's Best brand really is what it claims to be. As for Vitamine E, you're not supposed to take plain vitamin E alpha or mixed tocopherols now,; now you're supposed to take the balanced kind that include a lot of E gamma tocopherols; that's the latest thing, i've read. I read Vit. E helps lymies grow CD-57 cells. ---purpleffoxglove From: knot_weed <tek0nik@...> Subject: [ ] Re: biofilm/serra peptase Date: Thursday, January 28, 2010, 11:49 AM > > > How much do you take? Guest guest
> > Why did you take the nattokinase? You said you did not notice any effect---- were you aiming at an effect? my main problem is currently serious skin problems especially on my face/scalp. I thought these could be influenced by bad circulation (sticky blood, I have mild Rouleaux when checked with microscope). It looks like a combination of mild ACA with sores producing some clear, sticky liquid. I'm getting a skin biopsy today, hoping they can find out a bit more Could be Borrelia or some kind of toxin release. I also have some issues with my heart that could benefit from some blood thinning. Nattokinase and VitE could help with blood thinning and maybe clearing some biofilm/debris that clogs small arteries. It's about my most important pill. that's quite a lot, maybe I should try a higher dose as well. I get occasional pain spots, but they always disappear in a few days whatever I do, so I don't longer try to'treat' them. > As for serrapeptase, i wouldn't buy it from Nutramedix, as they are usually expensive, though i don't know the price of this one. I have no knowledge that Doctor's Best brand really is what it claims to be. I have not seen convincing evidence that serra or lumbro is better than natto (which is cheapest). So I thought I should just try nattokinase.
