I have also looked at these portable FIR saunas for around $300 although my

LLMD says they're no good and you have to spend minimum of $800 for one.

Just wanted to tell you that I have a portable FIR sauna that I got on ebay

and I love it, I don't think you have to spent that much $800 to get some

benefit from it.

Is a FIR sauna the same as an infared sauna? My friend recently got an infared

sauna and offered to let me try it - I was wondering if this is the type of

sauna that is beneficial to Lyme patients.
