Does anyone have tooth decay? It is starting to get worse for me and I lost a

tooth in the front bottom...it looks horrible. It makes sense that its

happening, because lack of good blood flow to the head area and my teeth are not

getting nutrients.

Does anyome know anything about Porphyria, and Dr Rochlitz in AZ?

My theory on health is that many of us have infections and metals, and unless

you work on both at the same tme, either one will stay around.

I'm worried about taking prescribed ABX. I dont know of one person that it

helped cure. Many feel better on them, but when off of them are worse than

before. Is that your experience?

Hi,

I have teeth issues as well. I am rather anal about them because I know

that they influence overall health. As already suggested, oil pulling

is excellent. Although I am not exactly sure how it works, it does.

The best way to start is slow if you are sensitive. You can use many

different types of oils, olive, sesame, coconut. Do this first thing in

the morning. No food. Brush and floss first. Then do the oil

swishing. Start slow 10 minutes and build up. Some people, me

included, have had detox reactions when they first start. The oil will

get white and thin when you have really swished it long enough. Spit it

in the toilet. I have read many posts about not doing it in the sink.

Brush and rinse you teeth again. You will notice a significant difference.

You can also add a drop or two of pure essential oils(ones that are

meant to be ingested(peppermint, clove, etc) for extra bacteria busting.

The plaque on our teeth are biofilms. That is whay they are so hard to

break down and get rid of.

As for Dr. R. I have spoken with him in the past. He definitely

marches to the beat of a different drummer :-) I do think he is

brilliant though. Are you planning on seeing him?

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Peggy
