Does Salt-C work for co-infections also?

I want to clarify, please, does the Salt-C protocol deal effectively with the

co-infections of Lyme disease? Rosner's book 'the top 10 treatments for

Lyme disease' seems to imply that this is the case but he doesn't go into any
