What Minerals etc attract Oxygen ?? (Making Oyxgen Concentrated Water)

Im starting fill Filtered Reverse Osmosis Water and using a Oxygen

Concentrater with a tub going into the water allowing it to bubble through the

water..

Ive read on products that they sell they use a special method to accomplish

higher oxygen in the water. My thought is that they must use minerals or

something that oxygen is attracted to or something that is attracted to

Oxygen...my only guess

Does anyone have any ideas or knowledge on this process ?
