One of the books that I enjoyed the most in my Lyme journey was " Healing Lyme "

by Buhner. I also had the privilege of doing an article with Buhner

after having met him at conferences a couple of times. He's a super human being

and great healer.

I've personally had good results with various Buhner recommendations but have

felt that people find it difficult at times to find all of the things they may

need to do a protocol based on his work. Thus, I wanted to mention a couple of

products based on the Buhner work that may make things a little easier as they

combine many of his ideas into a comprehensive product. Though this may not be

the best option for everyone, it certainly brings some conveniences with it.

1) The first is Green Dragon Botanicals " LB Core " . It contains Japanese

Knotweed, Andrographis, Cat's Claw, Sarsaparilla, and Dandelion. They also have

a liquid version for children and offer a number of single herbs that may be

quite helpful for people with tick-borne infections.

2) The second option is BioPure Quintessence. It contains Andrographis, Smilax,

Stephania, Japanese Knotweed, and Red Root in a liquid tincture. The taste is a

bit bitter due to the liquid Andrographis, but many people (myself included)

have had good results with it.

3) The final option is the " Lyme Tea " prepared by , RH(AHG). I

blogged about that option previously here.
