I was listening to a show on Sirius radio the other day, they had a panel

of dr's on, they were doing studies on Marijuana and how it helped not

only people w/eye issues, cancer patients, etc., and they mentioned how

it helped people w/ Lyme Disease. You wouldn't actually smoke it, they

talked about how they extract a compound from it and you would take it in

pill form, I can't remember what they called it. Who knows, maybe

something's coming down the pike.

I used to be able to drink an occasional glass of wine but not any more.

Interestingly, I heard Dr. Cowden speak the other night and someone asked

about marijuana and lyme disease. Marijuana is used by many to help with

symptoms and side effects of many illnesses/treatments. Dr. Cowden said

he's never seen any positive effects of marijuana use with Lyme sufferers.

Maybe the liver cannot detox it?

think everyone is different about alcohol. White wine upsets my stomach

while red wine calms it down. I sometimes have a shot of for the

pain instead of a pain pill.
