Guest guest
I was listening to a show on Sirius radio the other day, they had a panel of dr's on, they were doing studies on Marijuana and how it helped not only people w/eye issues, cancer patients, etc., and they mentioned how it helped people w/ Lyme Disease. You wouldn't actually smoke it, they talked about how they extract a compound from it and you would take it in pill form, I can't remember what they called it. Who knows, maybe something's coming down the pike. Interestingly, I heard Dr. Cowden speak the other night and someone asked about marijuana and lyme disease. Marijuana is used by many to help with symptoms and side effects of many illnesses/treatments. Dr. Cowden said he's never seen any positive effects of marijuana use with Lyme sufferers. Maybe the liver cannot detox it? deb > > I drink 1/2 glass of red wine with dinner without any problems. But, I think everyone is different about alcohol. White wine upsets my stomach while red wine calms it down. I sometimes have a shot of for the pain instead of a pain pill. > > > Connie > > > > Re: [ ] Effects of alcohol and the protocol > > > > > I tried, and at even 1/2 a glass it made me feel terrible.
