I've used garlic on an open wound and it stung so much I was nearly up there

in orbit with the space shuttle. Beware haemorroid sufferers everywhere!!!

how about the rosemary gladstar (VT herbalist) formula for allergies. she mixes

minced raw garlic with ground raw ginger and pure honey. refrigerate after

mixing. it tastes pretty good and is less pungent than straight garlic.

Honey is sugar (though natural) and feeds bacteria. I was warned by my LLMD

not to eat any form of added sugar, including honey or agave.

My understanding is that the active ingredient in garlic is Allicin and that it

must be eaten fairly quickly after mincing because the Allicin's effects are

short lived. Not sure this recipe would help but it does sound delicious. The

ginger is anti-inflammatory so perhaps that is the strongest ingredient for

allergy symptoms.

true, but there is sugar in almost anything you eat. And some types of honey are

immune stimulating (I know about the Mahuka honey from New Zealand, but the same

probably goes for many other types). So I guess the benefits may outweigh the

risks, as we are talking about relatively small portions.

Hi ,

Bee no longer recommends that we take any antifungals other than coconut oil, so

you don't have to worry about taking the raw garlic.

Did you find that in the Files of this forum? If you did, that information is

no longer updated. It's best to read Bee's website and in particular, make sure

you read these two articles which are the most updated version of Bee's program:

How to Successfully Overcome Candida

Curing Candida, How to Get Started
