Buhner and Salt/C

I was talking to sonmeone the other day who is taking Salt/C (about 2/3 dose)

and said that she was starting to get herxes. So I thought that I would try it.

I am almost on the maximum dose and I started adding in a little Salt yesterday

(3 g of Vitamin C is part of my protocol as well but sometimes take a little

more). Last night I couldn't get to sleep as I had pain in all of my joints and

some minor muscle spasms.

I hope the pain doesn't last too long or I might have to decrease the salt/C or

find a pain medication to sleep. In any event, I wonder if others have found

the salt/C to be synergistic with other regimes? The website is

(www.lymephotos.com) and they suggest ramping up to maximum dose and drinking

lots of water.

Please do not go by the lymephotos site. Their photos etc are very

misleading. Instead check out lymestrategies/

I also have a free computer lyme cd with lots of information and about

salt/c and other regimens. Email me for a free copy.
