what anyone has found to be

I use Doctor's Best brand " High Absorption 100% Chelated Magnesium " which I

order from Iherb.com. I take 2 tablets 2x/day ... late afternoon and bedtime. If

you do a google search for magnesium glycinate, you can find other brands and

suppliers as well.
