Tom, what is the name of the clay heat pack from Target? I'd like to get one.

Hi All,

Which of Buhner's books should I get to learn more about collagen?

Jay, can you write a bit more about what helped u the most? You seem to

have turned it around.

Like I said b4, I don't know if I have Lyme, but definitely abx resistant

bacteria with accompanying biofilm....I still think all Buhners thoughts would

apply here as well, yes?

Do you all use heat therapy? I take epsom salt baths. dry sauna, and always have

a heat pack where it hurts the most. For $10 Target has a natural clay pack that

you stick in the microwave.....this thing has been great because its

mobile.....in you car, etc

Do you have a place(s) in your body where the disease is focused? I swaer I can

feel bad bugs moving around when i go after them.

One of my theories is that most mental illness is that some folks have nasty

infections with hardened biofilms, and the " voices " are just bad bugs talking

thru them. If u have more bad than good, than your behavior will probably

indicate that. I saw a show with a guy with Aids, and he said it was like having

evil incarnate inside him. Illness is an evil presence inside you. Bad bugs are

not you.

Lastly, anyone doing metal detox?
