Guest guest
Ive used Lavendar E.O. 50/50 with Jajoba Oil in the past for sore muscles etc.. But recently had some kind of odd pain between muscles areas that hurt only when pressure was applied and was a bit knotty/swollen occuring about a few weeks before I attempted anything. First above the bicept, then one above the top leg bone .. they both felt like a bruise is all I can think of. When I noticed the second area, I thought to try Lavendar Oil .. and wa la it worked. And it did not return. So obviously more than just a pain killer of which I totally dont understand. I also get tweeks/strained muscles that hurt when no stress/stretch is on the muscle, when stretched there is no pain, I think lack of magnesium, potassium or calcium. But Lavender E.O. works for those as well, It need to be rubbed in gently and used a few times and obviously in hard to get to locations like under the shoulder blade is tought to get to. It also serves as a sleep aid when inhaled and or rubbed onto the spine I found to be a good area. But, dont forget PAIN is always an indication/warning that something is wrong .. so this treatment may help, but look for and fix the root problem. Just thought Id share...
