I believe this is the case. My LLMD is providing B12 shots for self-injection.

I read on this group that B12 deficiency might be the reason behind some of the

neuro symptoms and also fatigue so I am going to give it a try. I was told 2

shots a week the first 3 weeks and then 1 shot weekly. Approx cost is $120 for

3 month supply. This particular cocktail has B12 plus a few amino acids.

I read a bit about b-12 and when a blood test showed me very low on b-12 i

was able to encourage my PCP dr to give me b-12 shots. i get them every 2-3

weeks. THIS HAS BEEN FOR 3 or 4 months. i felt a lift in brain fog first

and then found i had more stamina. this was after a month or 2. i now show

a low average b-12 level so i am continuing the shots.
