Below is listed what I am taking and when. Does anyone see what could be causing more brain fog, pain and fatigue. I didn't think I could feel any weaker and tired but am. I expected the pain from die off but it's been constant. I really thought the brain fog would be better but is worse than ever and i'm barely functioning. I truly appreciate any help with this. It's taking all my energy to deal with anything right now and feeling really lost on what I'm doing wrong. Thank you Jaye 7 am Levothroxin 8 am Resveratrol - 3 tabs Sarsaparilla - 3 capsules Cats Claw - 3 capsules Andrographis - 3 capsules Milk Thistle - 4 capsules Vinpocentine - 20 mg NAC - 1200 mg Mega EFA - 2 gel caps DHEA - 25 mg Huperzine A - 100 mcg Vit D - 2000 UI B12 Sublingual - 1000 mcg (will be changing over to BComplex soon) 9 am - Probiotics 1 pm Resveratrol - 3 tabs Sarsaparilla - 3 capsules Cats Claw - 3 capsules Andrographis - 3 capsules Milk Thistle - 4 capsules Vinpocentine - 20 mg ToCoQ10 - 100 mg Selenium - 200 mcg 5 pm Iron - 65 mg Vit C - 3000 mg OptiZinc 9 pm Resveratrol - 3 tabs Sarsaparilla - 3 capsules Cats Claw - 3 capsules Andrographis - 3 capsules Milk Thistle - 4 capsules Vinpocentine - 20 mg 10 pm - probiotics Burbur and parsley tincture throughout day when pain is bad.
