Hi Clare, I just went gluten and dairy-free 2 weeks ago. I had my B-12 level

checked in August and it was in the normal-low range. I was told to take B-12

supplements. Is your B-12 low? Lyme can do that, yes? I'd like to hear more

about what you are doing. Are you taking a B-12 supplement?

Kate

[ ] Anyone with neuropathy

Hi, my Lyme is neurological. No Gluten/No Dairy has made a tremendous

improvement for me, have you checked your bodies ability to absorb B-12? and

Chiropractic adjustments have been invaluable. Also, I stear clear of any of

the stimulating/cooling herbals ie; mint....

All the best!

Hi, I tested normal for B-12 level as well, but understand B-12 to be

critical in Neurological functioning, I've taken it daily for 9 mos. now and

include it on the list when crediting what has me to 85% better. The B-12 I

chose is from Trader Joes (Trader Darwin is the brand actually) one tablet

dissolves in your mouth p/day. I still have burning nerve pain during times

of high stress etc., and have fondly come to recognize that as my " red

light " ...

Also, if you are not drinking *one oz. of water per one lb. of body weight

per day* it is simply not enough water. So thats 4 qts.(or 128 0z.s) per

128lb person and so on. I've always valued water but had no idea I was not

drinking nearly enough? Steady elimination and lubrication of the systems

are critical here.

I hope this is helpful to you!

Best,

Clare
