HI All,

I'm Tom from Atlanta and sporadically visit the group, bu find it the most

informative and educated of all I have read.

I believe it was someone in the group who pointed out that....if you have a very

impaired immune system, than you may have a hard time getting reliable test

results, because most tests are looking for antibodies, and antibodies are

produced by the immune system. A lot of people have immune systems that have

lost some ablity to fight back (hopefully temporarily). That, combined with some

very difficult biofilms, would make bad bugs hard to pick up. But you as the

sick person know its there...no doubt about it. I think we are years behind in

testing ability.

So a few questions if anyone has the time to answer.....

A. What are some of the ways you get protein in you without feeding bad bugs?

B. What is the difference between " superbugs " and Lyme? I had lots of ABX as a

child and I think I have superbugs vs Lyme. Did a lot of you in here have ear

infections as a child and been given lots of ABX? I think that set me up for

years and years of fragility.

C. If you know you have bad bugs running your show, is it worth tesing to

differentiate them? Dr Gordon indicates that it may not be worth

it.....just get on with treatment.

D. What restaurant chains do you trust?

E. I had been a fan of magnesium, but am reading research that magnesium is one

of the big requirements for bad bugs to build its biofilm. calcium was another.

I know magnesium has an exalted status in health circles, but could it be

harmful here?
