I found the old bottle of tablets I had and began to have diarrhea from.. yes, Source Naturals. So I am going to continue with the bulk herb. It does mix well with green smoothies and oatmeal and is cheaper in the long run. Encapsulating is a pain... if someone has a helpful hint for that (I am scooping capsules in the herb) let me know!
