Guest guest
Feel like you are putting hay out for the cows, and not feeding your child!! We tried mixing it in with 's bottles at one stage, with not much success. Now we just mix it up in little containers, with all his other supplements/crushed tablets, and mix it in with his mashed food. It looks like food from " outer space " , but he loves it!! The other kids at day care are not so sure! Regards, & Savage. [ ] Green drinks > To all of you who give your children " green drinks. " What is the best way > to do this? Guest guest
I use both the Body Ecology Diet Vitality Super Greens and the Greens First. Neither one of them have ginseng or stimulants. I give the Greens First to my kids. I get the Greens First from my Chiropractor and I think you may have to get them from a health care practitioner in your area. Guest guest
Molly, does the Greens first contain any greens from the ocean or sea greens? I have been TRYING for a long time to find a green drink that does not also contain fruit and or sea greens which seriously disagree with me. I like to make my own juice but most often a lot of us don't have the time or energy and so we miss out. Steph

Guest guest
Carol, Did you have luck with the drinks? And yes, the apples and carrots make it very palitable. I also have been growing kale and throwing in some big kale leaves. Cucumber and celery and .....romaine are suppose to be good for a green drink also. What is everyone else using? W. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Carol Morehart Sent: Wednesday, July 15, 2009 9:03 AM Subject: RE: [ ] Gut , Never thought I'd consider this, but here it is. I'm wondering how you make your drinks. I can't use the grass part because of grass allergies, but the rest of it sounds healthy. Do you have a way to make it taste okay? Do the apples help, so it is not bitter? I started the resveratrol first and that seems to be sitting well, but I'm trying to add some CC and it is not working yet. Carol wrote: You might want to consider taking sassparilla and aloe vera juice. I had to really back down from the CC and KW as my belly just couldn't take it. I also have been making green drinks with lemon grass, celery, greens, carrot and apples. Seems to be helping.
