Guest guest
I can't help you TOO much since I haven't had THAT problem as yet. LOL. However, you might try taking Stephania Root instead of Andro. Jim. ### jacoine mulhall <j.mulhall@...> wrote: I read in Healing Lyme that andrographis inhibits progesterone production. Is there a way to counterbalance that effect? I'm entering peri-menopausal years and need to use natural progesterone cream to help with the symptoms of PMS. Guest guest
I am interested in taking andrographis but I have to ask this question: In Buhner's book he states under side effects and contraindications of andrographis: inhibits progesterone production. I am in my early 40s and am already low in progestrone, I use natural progestrone cream every day to help with PMS symptoms at the end of the month. Would the andrographis make it worse? Any experience with this? Thanks for your response.
