Using Knotweed for the first time .. question regarding possible Herxs from it

Hello everyone!

I am using the " Source Natural " Resveratrol with 500 mg of Polygonum per capsule

for possible Lyme. I am not taking any antibiotics ... just the " Knotweed " .

I just starting taking two capsules on an empty stomach in the morning and

evening, for a total dose of two (2) grams of Polygonum per day.

After three days, I began noticing an worseing of my symptoms, much like a

" Herx " .

Could anyone who is experenced taking this suppliment please give me some

feedback about whether is can cause Herxs, and if so at what dose they can

occur.

Also, any other advise that you can give would be greatly appreciated.
