Hi everybody,

Someone here suggested I do " oil swishing " to improve the health of my teeth,

and it really has helped. I don't often go for home cures, but this worked out.

I bought Organic Sesame Oil, I swish it 2 X 15 min every day. I have noticed my

teeth are stronger, and my nails and hair feel healthier. And its whitened my

yellow teeth a couple of notches. Don't know why it works.

I too have had problems with all types of chelators. Chlorella, clay, DMSA, EDTA

suppositories.

I think it has everything to do with biofilms. (Has anyone heard of Peta Cohen

in NJ, autism expert?)

I am getting more and more fascinated with biofilms, and see how it can be such

a huge thing in keeping me weak. I think people on regular ABX could just be

strengthing these biofilms....so the minute you get off ABX you are worse than

before. You have made the infections homes in your body much harder to destro.

We all do our best from day to day, but doesn't anyone reject ABX on a purely

intuitive level?

Did anyone have ear infections as a child? Surgeries, etc? I did, and think the

ABX and surgeries set me up for an adulthood of fragility.

The biggest thing I can do in my life is sleep well. I can't emphasize this

enough. Going to bed at 1030pm, getting about 7 hours is key. I take melatonin

and don't eat big dinners.
