Guest guest
It sounds to me like this is the work of one of the people that has been on the list in the past making ignorant remarks. I cant remember the exact names, but since they know about and have had possible axcess to the listserve, its more than likely someone that we have heard from before. People who do things like this, to me have nothing better or more constructive to do with their time. They are the type that need to put others down to feel better about themselves....just imagine what kind of like this guy must lead! Guest guest
Please don't post any responses or comments regarding this website. This person is just looking for this sort of thing to post on his site and to perpetuate his " mission " . Please realize what sort of impact responding to this idiot would have. Guest guest
I took a look and all I can say is what an idiot! And that's being very nice. However I wouldn't recommend sending messages to that ----- (you fill in the blank with whatever you deem appropriate) because that is what he wants. How do you diffuse a child throwing a temper tantrum? You ignore him. He should be careful considering the legislation regarding hate crimes against disabled persons and others. However one could consider him mentally and morally disabled so the legislation could cover him. OK, bad sarcasm there, but you get my point. I truly believes that what comes around goes around and he shall reap what he sows 10 fold. I'm confused I found this very offensive,...but very confusing..I couldn't read it very well... http://www.wsnet.com/~kunta_sensei/midgetmail.html

Guest guest
For every page that is shut down, a new one will be constructed. This is not the first time this has happened. The best way to deal with it is not to add fuel to the fire. Just let it pass. This guy gets off on setting us off!
Guest guest
A while back a web page by the name of " National Midge Resistance " was posted with pictures of little people that were stolen off of the web from fellow lpa members and next to each picture was a wanted poster type paragraph saying that midgets were about to take over the world and these people were the ten most wanted and that they should be exterminated before the revolution of midgets took over the world, as well as other derogatory statements about us. Apparently this person took the e-mails that we sent to him protesting his offensive web site and created another offensive web site. I recognized one e-mail that a little person sent him about stealing pictures of us off of the web was against the law and that is how his first web site was shut down. I did not read every word I just scanned over it and apparently he has consulted a lawyer so that we can not do anything this time to shut his web page down. he removed all traces of identification of the people who sent him the e-mails as well as parts of the e-mails that he thought were to nice and added in his own words. However one post was by the mother of a little person and her husband is a major league pitcher They were in LPA today I will look up there name. Dan K or other web experts even if he did not use there name its obvious that there is probably only one major league pitcher who has fathered a little person. Can he not get this page shut down even if he omitted names? Or how about the person who's picture was stolen even if he omitted a name it's is obvious who that e-mail came from? Guest guest
Well, I was determined not to do this, it being my first week as a listserv member, but I feel compelled, as many others have, to comment on this web guy (even though my opinion may not be popular). First of all, I have no idea what was happenning prior to now (with pictures, etc. being posted without permission), and I'm no copyright lawyer. But I am a journalist, and I do have a strong attachment to the First Amendment, as it critical to my career. Fortunately or unfortunately, people in this country have the right to speak their minds-- whether or not what they say is true, false, or just plain offensive - which is how I would categorize this site. In my view, I may hate what you say, but I will defend your right to say it. Let me be clear, I am in no way condoning hate speech or crimes. I recognize the difference between words or speech protected by the First Amendment and words or speech that is libelous or slanderous, respectively. However, in my limited viewing of this website (I got bored several minutes in to my reading, so I admit, I have not even scratched the surface with this site, nor do I plan to), I saw much to be offended by, but little that I wouldn't regard as free speech. Perhaps if I had invested more time reading the site page for page, I would feel differently. One of the beautiful things about my job is that I have the power to print what people say, as they say it, leaving the reader to make conclusions. Sometimes what they say makes them look good, other times it makes them look like the ignorant person that they are. well, that's my two cents, take it or leave it. -SB

If your questions are specific to the Seattle area, this list is appropriate for you to post. There is also a SB social list for those who want the social chit-chat. You can find them both at groups if you do a search for SBSocial or SmartBandsters. Barb S. barbooch@...
Guest guest
Hi Gen, I have heard it said over and over that this Board is specifically the Meeting Notification Board. That is all I know. Oregon Bandsters? Van-Port Bandits? I love all the Doc stuff............ Deborah I'm confused I read posts on this site and have SOOOO much to say, but I don't post often because I was under the impression that this is strictly a meeting notification board. Personally, I have always thought it a better idea to have it be a social board, but that's just me and my big mouth (keyboard). Could someone let me know? If it's open, I have plenty to share about my docs office and lots of questions for the Seattle bandsters that I can't ask anywhere else. Thanks, Gennafer

Guest guest
Hang in there Dave. I realized I had candida overgrowth in June, and have been battling everyday. However, my health is improving. Just keep in mind that while your healing, you will feel miserable some days. This is " die-off " . A lot of people will begin a protocol and then quit b/c they become too ill. However, while your body is eliminating the dead yeast and toxins, it feels very sick and tired. Treat your body well and rest during this time of healing. Don't give up. I have gone throught major sinus drainage and stomach pain, but it is all worth it in the end. Now, I jog almost everyday and I feel great. Somedays, I still experience die off (I am still on an anti-candida protocol), but the good days outnumber the bad. Good luck. -Patty >From: " Dave Phelps " <dave@...> >Reply-candidiasis ><candidiasis > >Subject: I'm Confused >Date: Thu, 9 Oct 2003 09:12:48 +0100 > >Hi > >I am a newby to this group, I stumbled upon the group by searching the net >for information about Candidiasis. > >I am currently suffering from stomach problems, flatulence, fatigue, itchy >skin and atheletes foot to name a few. Guest guest
Hashimoto's is the autoimmune form of hypothyroidism. Basically, your body starts producing antibodies that attack the thyroid making it swollen sometimes and unable to produce adequate hormones. Many of the symptoms are the same but for me, my TSH is always jumping around all over the place. I'm pretty sure that eventually my thyroid will die out. ----Original Message Follows---- From: " Barbara Schulz " <beschulz@...> Reply-hypothyroidism hypothyroidism Subject: I'm confused Date: Mon, 01 Dec 2003 14:06:03 -0000 Are Hashimoto Syndrome and hypothyroidism the same thing or is Hashimoto a form of hypothyroidism? _________________________________________________________________ Say “goodbye” to busy signals and slow downloads with a high-speed Internet connection! Guest guest
I've been listening to the Buhner CD's from the june conference. In the book, he recommends the core protocol (and most other herbs) be taken for at least 8 months to a year. On the CD, he says many people get well in a much, much shorter time. He even tells of one woman getting symptom free in 2 weeks!! He seems to be suggesting a full dose for 2 months, then tapering off enough to just keep symptoms at bay. Maybe i am remembering the book incorrectlly, but the whole subject of how long to treat is very confusing to me at this time. I've been treating for 9 or 10 months; I 'm a long way from well, though I'm improved. Perhaps I have more co-infections, perhaps there are other issues that need to be addressed, ??? I'm jsut confused about what to do at this point. I'm currently on artimisinin for babesia. Some improvement in stamina but I'm still extremely limited. Jim, I know you are still taking some of the herbs, albiet in smaller amounts now perhaps. I'm sure I'll figure out what to do next (after the babesia) but for now, I'm just confused! lol! jo
Guest guest
Welcome to the club Jo. we are all confused at times. Yes, I take much less now. I am down to only 30 pills a day, plus a couple tinctures and vitamins. I was up to 93 Capsules a day, plus the rest. I found that two (2), months on FULL max was not enough for me. I went a little over 5 months at maximum. (93 pills a day). I have quit Cat's Claw and some others, at least temporarily. May do some later, I don't know. But I have improved tremendously from two years ago. Still not perfect though. Take care, don't give up. Jim. ### wyomin@... wrote: I've been listening to the Buhner CD's from the june conference.
